Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By placing an order or creating a member account on 9palacecoffee.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We accept credit/debit card, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay via Fiuu payment gateway.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

3. Delivery

  • We currently deliver to Subang Jaya, Puchong, Putra Heights, Shah Alam, and Sunway.
  • Delivery fees and estimated times are shown at checkout and are indicative only.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Delivery is carried out by third-party riders (Lalamove). Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the rider.

4. Self Pickup

  • Pickup orders must be collected within 1 hour of the ready notification.
  • Uncollected orders will not be refunded after that window unless agreed otherwise.
  • Pickup address: Tower 1 Ground Floor, The Square, Jalan USJ 25/1C, One City, 47650 Subang Jaya, Selangor.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and being prepared.
  • If we are unable to fulfil your order (e.g. store closure, item unavailability), a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Wrong or missing items: contact us via WhatsApp at +601159159779 within 1 hour of receipt. We will offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
  • Food quality complaints must be reported with a photo within 1 hour of receipt.

6. Scheduled Orders

Scheduled orders are processed at the selected time. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule if the store is closed or unavailable at that time.

7. Loyalty Programme

  • Stamps are earned 1 per completed, paid order.
  • Vouchers are issued automatically upon reaching the stamp target. Stamps reset to zero upon voucher issuance.
  • Vouchers have no expiry date and are non-transferable.
  • Birthday vouchers are issued once per calendar year during your birthday month, based on the month and year registered in your account.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme with 14 days' notice.

8. Mini Game

  • The putting mini game is a skill-based game. No purchase is required to play as a guest, but a member account is required to claim a reward.
  • One reward claim per member per calendar month.
  • Rewards are cash vouchers redeemable on your next order. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • We reserve the right to change the reward amount or discontinue the game at any time.

9. Member Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information at registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 9 Palace Coffee's liability is limited to the value of the order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
